Owatonna North-East Beltline and US-14 Connection
     Corridor Study

Steele County has initiated a corridor study to perform the preliminary design and environmental documentation for the easterly extension of CSAH 34, North Beltline, and the East Beltline between CSAH 34 and US-14. This project will identify a preferred alternative layout and identify environmental considerations for the preferred alternative layout.
